We have just had confirmation form Jila’s solicitor that a Judge has served an injunction stopping the deportation that had be scheduled for 17:15 today. Teesside Immigration has confirmed receipt of this.
Thank you for all your support including faxes and e-mails to Government Ministers, MP’s, Immigration and The Chief Executive Officer of the airline BMI. I can’t stress enough how valuable this has been in getting Jila’s case raised in high places.
We are looking forward to having Jila, Emad and Aref back with us on Teesside.
