The Chancy Brothers say ‘Thanks!’

The recent charity concert at St Andrew’s, Teesville in aid of SAMM (Survivors of Murder and Manslaughter), Project Helen, Barnado’s and Justice First raised £693 for each charity.

Urgent – Vigil for Anselme

[ Tuesday April 28, 2009; 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. ] There will be a ‘vigil’ at St Mary’s Stockton for Anselme Noumbiwa on Tuesday 28th April, 4-7. Justice First hope to contact MPs etc.

Anselme is a Cameroonian Christian who faces a grave threat in his home country as a result of his beliefs. He was arrested again last week and may be deported imminently.

A Mass of Thanksgiving will be offered in St Mary’s Cathedral, Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough on Saturday 4th July at 12 noon to celebrate the contribution to education in Middlesbrough by the Faithful Companions of Jesus (FCJ Sisters) from 1872-2009
