According to the recent Section 48 inspection, St Thomas More R.C. Primary School is a good and improving Catholic school in which outcomes for pupils are generally good. The quality of provision for Catholic education is good with outstanding features. The extent to which pupils contribute to and benefit from the Catholic life of the school is outstanding. The school is emerging from a period of change with a clear vision of its role and a determination to succeed in assisting its pupils to be the best they can be. The school’s capacity for improvement is good and this is driven by the very capable headteacher who is well supported by her school teams.
