In their recent Section 48 Report inspectors found that Sacred Heart School ‘is an outstanding Catholic School. It is a community dedicated to the fulfilment of its mission statement: to care, to encourage growth and to achieve success for every member of the community.

‘In the last three Ofsted inspection reports the school has moved from Satisfactory, to Good, to Outstanding. This exceptional performance has been reflected in the Diocesan inspections progress also. Outcomes in Religious Education are good and improving. The outcomes for pupils in the Catholic Life of the school are already outstanding and have the capacity to improve even further.

‘This deserved success is driven by highly effective, motivated and principled leadership at all levels. Sacred Heart is a model Catholic community: one which could happily serve as inspiration for regional and diocesan transformation.’
