Bishop Terry is among the speakers who will discuss some of the challenging ideas presented by Pope Francis in his papal encyclical Laudato Si’ at an event in Hull.
He will be joined by Dr Mark Charlesworth and Edward de Quay in Hull Minster on Trinity Square on Tuesday August 24 from 7pm.
The programme – entitled “Living with Hope – A Future for the Earth?” – will explore the spiritual and practical encouragement of the encyclical.
Those taking part will be able to view Luke Jerram’s exhibition Gaia, which runs from August 20 to September 5.
Numbers are limited and entry will be available to anyone who has a Gaia ticket, which can be obtained free of charge from freedomfestival.co.uk.
