Thomas Rosica Salt + Light TV interviewed the recently appointed Secretary of the Congregation for the Divine Worship and Discipline of the Sacraments, Archbishop Arthur Roche. He is the former Chair of the International Commission for English in the Liturgy (ICEL) and bishop emeritus of the Diocese of Leeds in England, having served previously as Coadjutor Bishop of Leeds, and Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Westminster, England’s most important Catholic diocese.
