ALL HELPERS MEETING
There is to be a meeting to cover the care needs of our VIPs that have been selected for our forthcoming Pilgrimage. It will not go into great depth re Medical Requirements but will give an insight of Handling/Moving requirements per VIP and their social care needs.
It will also give us a chance to understand which Brancs are comfortable with social care (washing, toileting, etc) and those which are not so that we don’t put anyone into an uncomfortable situation. It will also help to formulate a well balanced team structure.
The Meeting will take place on Sunday March the 24th at 3:00pm at St Mary’s Cathedral Dalby Way Coulby Newham Middlesbrough TS8 0TW
There is a normal Sunday Mass at 5:00 if that is of benefit to anyone.
Many thanks for your continued support to the Lourdes Pilgrimage, and we are both really looking forward to working with you in Lourdes this year.
Tony Kirk (head Branc)
Tony Walton (Deputy Head Branc)
