Dear Friends
I hope this email finds you all in good health and spirit. You may be aware that this year’s CAFOD Pilgrimage to Holy Island is on Saturday 3 July.
What I’m enquiring about is to see if you feel that there may be enough interest among yourselves and parishioners to enable us to fill a coach from our area. If so I would be happy to organise it and sort out pick-up points etc…
The cost of the coach would be covered by asking people to either, make a contribution or divide the cost evenly (cost per person). The finer details can be sorted out a little later but I suppose I am asking, if you’re interested would you be prepared to help me fill a coach? If I receive enough positive replies I will seek some quotes and get back to you about costs per person etc…
In previous years many people travel in cars, I was just thinking that we could/should try to be a little greener.
What do you think?
Many thanks for all you do to support the work of CAFOD.
Best wishes
David Cross
