CAFOD invites you to join an online talk, “Mission Unleashed: Embracing the Social Dimension of Evangelisation”.
Cardinal Luis Tagle will speak on the Church’s mission and the fundamental links between evangelisation (sharing Christ and his Good News) and social action.
Cardinal Tagle is the Church’s pro-prefect for the Dicastery for Evangelisation and former president of Caritas Internationalis.
He has often spoken about the complex and challenging world we face through conflict, climate change, food shortages, as well as the deep hurt caused by inequality, discrimination and racism.
His words have inspired and motivated the Church and its people of faith to reach out in Christian love, dignity, and respect to those most vulnerable in our global communities.
