At St Mary and St Joseph Catholic Church, Hedon on Sunday 13th June, one child made her First Holy Communion.

She was joined by three others who all made their First Communions the previous Sunday at Saints Peter and John Fisher, Withernsea. Fr William Ryan, who is the parish priest for both Hedon and Withernsea, celebrated both masses.
The children enjoyed drinks and a special cake at the presbytery afterwards with their family and friends.
