On Sunday 3rd October, about 25 pilgrims walked up the hill to Our Lady of Mount Grace Chapel, Osmotherley, praying the Rosary and making the Way of the Cross through pouring rain.
Their spirits were not dampened but renewed and the prayers and hymns filled the hills. At the chapel, pilgrims were met by others who were taken up by cars and 30 people attended the Holy Hour and the beautiful Mass said by Fr Damian and consecrated by Fr Cooper and Fr Colahan.
At the end of the day, the sun shone and we all went home happy after having spent a very prayerful day.
