Grade II listed building, open for National Heritage days in September, SVP, Padre Pio Group. The residential care homes in the area are Beverley Court, Lakeview Manor, Rose Villa, St Mary’s Nursing Home.
History
A school-chapel was built in 1903 on a site adjoining the orphanage of the Vincentian sisters and the current church followed in 1932-3 (architects Williams and Jopling, Hull).
