The Last Dragon

Readers looking for a good read over the summer may like to pick up ‘The Last Dragon’ by Rosemary Brydon, a former editor of the Middlesbrough Catholic Voice.

Though not a religious book it is firmly set in our diocese, and all the places are real; you could even do a dragon trail. The main characters are also based on real people. It has already been recommended to teachers who take groups to Danby and East Barnby. Most of the things that happen are real and many of the news items are based on actual TV, radio and newspaper reports.

Already several former Endsleigh students have got their copies and other copies have gone to New Zealand, the USA and Holland. Get your copy of ‘The Last Dragon’ from lulu.com
