To mark the 50th Anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council, Pope Benedict has asked the Church to celebrate a Year of Faith running from 11th October 2012 to the Feast of Christ the King 2013.
In the coming months the Catholic Voice will carry details of various Diocesan Celebrations and initiatives to mark this important anniversary.
