For many years the Catholic Community in Middlesbrough Diocese has generously supported CAFOD. Whether you have lobbied your MP, given at Fast Days, set up a Direct Debit, mentioned CAFOD in your will or remembered us in your prayers, you are an important part of our work and we want to thank you for your kindness, commitment and support. Sadly, some of those people that helped to shape us and grow are no longer with us, but their spirit and values live on.

Because remembrance is important to us all, Canon Eddie Gubbins has kindly agreed to celebrate a CAFOD Memorial Mass to help us remember those we have loved and lost and to celebrate their lives, faith and compassion. We will also be opening a CAFOD Book of Remembrance which we will add names to over the years ahead and remember those people in our prayers and during an Annual Memorial Mass.
