A large-scale demonstration in support of the people of Palestine is planned for Saturday, 17 January. The Israeli slaughter of the people of the Gaza strip has appalled a wide range of opinion across Teesside and south Durham.
The March will assemble at 11.00 am at the entrance to Albert Park on Linthorpe Rd, before moving through central Middlesbrough ending at Central Gardens at the Bottle of Note, near MIMA. Two or three speakers will address the marchers before dispersal.
The organisers of the Demonstration are Teesside Against the War, Stop the War Coalition, the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, religious groups and many other organisations
