He flies through the air with the greatest of ease…

Congratulations to Fr Paul Farrer and pals on their recent bungee jump from the Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough. The jump raised £11,000 for Zöe’s Place, the baby hospice in Normanby which offers palliative and respite care for babies and infants who have life limiting or terminal illnesses, special and complex needs.

Fr Paul said afterwards, ‘I am deeply grateful to everyone for their continued support. Thank you for all you have done for us.’

Fr Paul will be 40 years old later this year and set out to raise £40,000 for various charities close to his heart during this year. Details of all Fr Paul’s activities can be found on the Diocesan web site. Further information about Zöe’s Place and how you can help without necessarily jumping off tall structures can be found at www.zoesplace.org and www.justgiving.co.uk/zoesplace.
