St Bede’s Pastoral Centre in York is seeking a centre director and an Ignatian spirituality lead.

Centre Director
St Bede’s Pastoral Centre is looking to appoint a director who will be responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all aspects of the management of the centre.
Salary: In range of £45,000–£50,000 pa FTE, subject to experience and pro rata for part-time hours. Relocation package available where appropriate.
Hours: 32-40 hours per week typically worked Monday to Friday but with some flexibility required (including some Saturdays & evenings).

Ignatian Spirituality Lead
Salary: In range of £38,000-£40,000 per annum FTE, subject to experience and pro-rata for part-time hours.
Hours: Hours negotiable, but a minimum of two days a week would be required. To be worked flexibly, typically Monday to Friday with some evenings and Saturdays.
