Dubbed ‘St Paul for these times’, Marino Restrepo is a famous singer and actor in his native Columbia.
Kidnapped and held for ransom by FARC guerillas for six months until he managed to escape, Marino experienced a profound religious experience during his captivity and emerged a changed man. He now travels the world spreading God’s word of love and mercy. He will speak at St Patrick’s, Glenfield Road, Stockton on Friday 26th September, 7pm.
