Some 400 Knights and Dames attended the investiture of Col Victor Joseph Nicholls of the Pocklington Parish together with two Bishops (Arthur Roche of Leeds and Tom Burns of Menevia) and four other laity by Archbishop McDonald of Southwark, the Prior of the Lieutenancy of England and Wales on 5th December 2009 in Southwark Cathedral, London.

This was followed by a Luncheon at Lincoln’s Inn. It was a truly memorable day.
