On Sunday 21st February, Holy Name of Mary (Middlesbrough) Foundation of the Union of Catholic Mothers held a Cake Stall and Tombola to raise funds for its charities. Through the generosity of parishioners, £230.64 was raised of which £150.00 has been donated to the Priests’ Training Fund.
The UCM prayers, which are said at every meeting, include special prayers for Vocations to the Priesthood so the mothers are delighted to be able to support this worthy cause.
