Due to a restructure within the Finance Department, the Diocese of Middlesbrough wishes to appoint a Gift Aid & PFR Finance Administrator to assist in the financial management of the diocese.
The Gift Aid and PFR Finance Administrator role
Managing the full gift aid process end to end, from preparation of submission of reports to HMRC and allocating of monies to parish accounts.
The role will be responsible for managing gift aid claims, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
Within the role, also offering financial administration support to the diocese and financial support to the parish priests relating to their parish finances.
Supporting the parishes with their financial queries using Sage, Excel and Gift Wise.
Analysing and summarising parish year-end financial returns of income and expenditure in preparation for handover to our external auditors.
This role involves a range of activities to ensure the daily, weekly and monthly financial tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
