On Saturday 3rd July pilgrims led by Father William Massie, Vocations Director for the Diocese of Middlesbrough, will walk in the steps of Blessed Nicholas Postgate on the day of the annual Postgate Rally.

The walk, aided by the Middlesbrough Knights of St Columba, will start at St. Anne’s Church in Ugthorpe, leaving at 12 noon and, hopefully all in one piece, arrive at Egton Bridge in time for the Mass at St. Hedda’s which commences as usual at 3pm.

Father Massie describes the walk as “a wonderful opportunity to maintain the vocational focus and tie in with one of our closest martyrs to the faith”.

Participants can register for the walk on the day at St. Anne’s from 11am.
