Fifth Annual Day of Prayer & Pilgrimage to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne led by The Rt Rev Terry Drainey, Bishop of Middlesbrough Saturday 28th June 2008
Come and pray for seafarers and meet Port Chaplains, Ship Visitors, Parish Contacts and other volunteers and supporters
Causeway opens 13.00hrs and closes at 21.30hrs
Celtic Prayer on the beach at 13.30 hrs
Mass at 16.30hrs in the grounds of St Mary’s Anglican Church
Display of AOS literature and information in St Aidan’s Catholic Church
Bring a packed lunch (or obtain refreshments on the island)
Parish groups and individuals of any age are welcome.
